The mechanics are the same as for the employee box: defined contents, one recipient, one date. Whether the package welcomes a restaurateur or a new colleague changes nothing about the process.
The five lines in the cost section form the calculation. A quotation needs the bill of materials, quantity, finishing, storage duration and call-off/dispatch profile.
There is no fixed quantity at which the calculation tips. What matters is whether boxes occur regularly and whether no one internally should be packing, storing and franking them on the side. Once onboarding is an ongoing process, the outsourced operation pays off through the labor time saved.

Inventory management runs in real time in our own inventory management system. If inventory falls below the agreed threshold, we coordinate reproduction before the last box leaves the warehouse.
